About the Role :

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the face of our business - providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers. Your role will include :

  • Assisting new and existing customers with loan inquiries
  • Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
  • Managing customer accounts, payments, and account follow-ups
  • Performing data entry and administrative tasks
  • Making courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience
