Job Description
This position serves to assist the Segment's lead for Material Management & Accounting System (MMAS) compliance under DFARS 252.242-7004 and is responsible for ensuring consistent execution and audit readiness across all Sectors, Divisions, and Sites within the IMS Segment. The successful candidate will guide a cross-functional team that owns the day-to-day execution of MMAS requirements, including cycle counts, BOM reconciliation, MPS attainment, material transfer integrity, audit documentation, and ensures these activities are embedded into operational routines. This team also plays a critical role in identifying and deploying best practices, tools, and system enhancements to improve functional integration and performance tracking across the Segment's Supply Chain. This role partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and IT leaders to ensure MMAS controls are maintained within ERP systems (primarily SAP S / 4HANA and Deltek Costpoint), and that policy and system updates are implemented effectively across the business.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $82,500-153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
