POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Promotions and Player Services Supervisor, the Marketing Promotions Coordinator plays a vital role in developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional events that drive guest engagement and revenue growth. This position requires a creative professional who can seamlessly blend strategic marketing expertise with hands-on execution, ensuring all promotional activities align with brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, 24 / 7 gaming environment and possess strong project management skills to coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.

- Assist with the development, execution, and evaluation of casino promotions, events, and marketing campaigns from conception through
- Create compelling promotional rules, event summaries, and marketing content that drive guest participation and comply with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and deploy promotional assets, including kiosk displays, signage, and drawing materials, while maintaining brand integrity
- Monitor promotion performance metrics and provide post-event analysis to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager on website content updates, ensuring accuracy and timely posting / removal of promotional materials
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of property news, competitive landscape, and gaming industry trends
- Support Player Club initiatives through targeted promotional strategies and member communications
- Execute drawing promotions and special events that enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visitation
- Assist in coordinating large-scale events, including concerts, tournaments, and holiday celebrations
- Provide administrative support, including report preparation, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with all tribal gaming regulations and internal policies related to promotional activities
- Maintain an organized promotional calendar and coordinate with other departments to prevent scheduling conflicts
- Work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on promotional calendar and business needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
