Senior Physical & Industrial Security Team Lead

GTECH is seeking a Senior Physical & Industrial Security Team Lead to support its customer. The Team Lead oversees Industrial, Physical, and Access Control (Security Management System) functions, leading functional and team leads, ensuring mission delivery, metrics / reporting, and timely support to internal and external taskings.

Location : Springfield, VA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Industrial, Physical, and Access Control / SMS workstreams; coordinate with Branch Chiefs.
• Manage administrative and technical requirements for personnel supporting access control and security operations.
• Ensure timely responses to taskers, projects, and programs across physical, industrial, and access control domains.
• Keep leadership apprised of risks, issues, and challenges; elevate as appropriate.
• Generate and review security metrics / reports; track task completion and quality.
• Up to 25% CONUS / OCONUS travel.
