You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risk, coordinate audits, and maintain robust internal controls. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain risk assessments for programs, products, and projects.
• Analyze risk results, identify gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Administer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, including templates, workflows, and dashboards.
• Coordinate internal audits and regulatory examinations, tracking findings to resolution.
• Prepare reports for the Board, Audit Committee, and Senior Management.
• Support vendor management and compliance departments as needed.
