Barista

Some job duties include :

Preparing drinks :   Making coffee, tea, and other drinks, and customizing orders to customer requests

Serving food :   Preparing and serving baked goods, sandwiches, and other light meals

Customer service :   Interacting with customers in a friendly and service-oriented way, getting to know regular customers, and offering suggestions

Stocking and cleaning :   Keeping the work area clean and stocked with supplies, and cleaning and sanitizing equipment, dishes, and utensils

Inventory :   Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Troubleshooting :   Troubleshooting equipment problems and scheduling repairs

Training :   Training new baristas

Working with others :   Working with other baristas and cafe staff to prepare drinks and take orders

• Working a flexible schedule :   Being able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
