We are seeking a motivated intern to assist in developing and implementing a process and framework for tracking costs resources and overhead allocations related to our SaaS products. This intern will also contribute to setting up a structured process for resource planning to support financial transparency and operational efficiency across departments.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with finance accounting and operations teams to design a cost-tracking framework for SaaS products and related overhead.
• Assist in identifying and mapping key cost drivers (e.g. personnel software tools hosting costs and support services).
• Support development of resource planning models including workforce utilization and budgeting tools.
• Gather and analyze financial data to support cost allocation methodologies and resource forecasts .
• Help document processes and create templates for ongoing monitoring and reporting .
• Prepare regular summaries and visualizations of financial and operational data to support management decisions.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within finance and operations.

To perform this job successfully an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word Access Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Internet navigation and research.

Plano TX Hourly Salary : $22.60 - $26.30.

Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation.
