Customer Service Representative

Title : Customer service representative / Call Center Specialist Location : Austin, TX 78727 Duration : 6+ Months Pay range : $18hr-$20hr Responsibilities : Provide prompt, courteous, and concise assistance to Medicaid providers and clients via phone or experience with a high volume of calls Resolve problems and respond to inquiries regarding eligibility and medical claims status.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
