Masonry Project Manager
Location : AkronCleveland, Ohio (projects across both regions)
Compensation : $80,000$100,000 annually (W-2)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Masonry Project Manager with a proven track record overseeing commercial and residential masonry projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of hands-on masonry experience and 35 years managing crews in the field. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to coordinate multiple job sites between the Akron and Cleveland areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee masonry and other aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage field crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications accurately.
- Schedule materials, equipment, and labor resources to maintain project timelines.
- Communicate daily with clients, general contractors, and internal teams regarding job progress.
- Perform quality checks on masonry installations, including brick, block, and stone work.
- Enforce safety compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Monitor budgets and project costs, providing updates and documentation as required.
- Resolve onsite challenges efficiently to minimize downtime or rework.
- Support training and development of crew members to promote skill growth and team cohesion.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of masonry experience , including brick, block, and stone applications.35 years of experience leading crews or managing projects in the masonry trade.Strong understanding of construction drawings, material takeoffs, and scheduling.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.Willingness to travel between job sites in Akron and Cleveland as needed.What We Offer
