Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a well-established financial institution to identify an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team. This role is a key part of the finance function, offering exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and risk management.

Highlights of the Opportunity :

Competitive base salary of $90-110k plus performance-based bonus

5 days onsite in Cambridge, MA (hybrid flexibility may be considered after the initial training period)

High-visibility role reporting directly to the Controller

Responsibilities :

Analyze and interpret financial data to provide decision-support insights

Assist with preparation of financial reports in compliance with GAAP

Support interest rate risk management and investment securities analysis

Partner with leadership to improve financial performance and reporting

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of experience in banking / financial services

3+ years of financial reporting experience (GAAP knowledge required)

Strong skills in financial analysis and data interpretation
