Company typically stays in the Midwest market but will go to the coasts

Have absorbed multiple companies in the last 5 years showing consistent growth

Job Description

Responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and more

Maintain excellent standard of communication with supers, clients, PEs, and others

Managing projects from $5M- $30M in size

Manage projects in the Commercial, health care, multi-family, light-industrial, and other spaces

Contribute to a positive and encouraging work environment in a meaningful way

Handle a full ground up job from start to finish

The Successful Applicant

5-15 years of PM experience

Multiple years of experience with a General Contractor

Strong technical aptitude within the corresponding industries

Ground up project experience

Construction degree is strongly preferred

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
