Working at Pernod Ricard is all about igniting conviviality in all that we do. Derived from the French word, convivialite...it means human connection, authenticity, friendly, and jovial. Conviviality is energy and spirit with a splash of je ne sais quoi and is a core philosophy around how we live and work at Pernod Ricard.

Guided by our 4 core values : (1) grounded in the real; (2) fiercely authentic; (3) passion for challenge; and (4) connected beyond borders; we are team players, dream makers, trailblazers, movers and (cocktail) shakers. We have a passion for living life to the fullest, making new friends every day, and realizing our potential as people and as a business!

The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $106,444.80. to $133,056.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Manager, People Analytics & Engagement to join our People & Experience (P&E) team. This role will connect the dots between people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business performance - tracking results month-to-month, anticipating future needs, and delivering insights that drive cultural and commercial success.

As our Power BI and analytics expert, you will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, integrating people insights with business KPIs to help leaders make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions. You'll partner across P&E, Finance, Strategy, and Commercial to embed data-driven decision-making into the way we work.

Key Responsibilities

Linking People Insights to Business Performance & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Track and connect business performance, organizational effectiveness, and people insights, monitoring monthly results and anticipating risks and opportunities.
  • Integrate internal people data with external market, economic, and industry data to guide workforce and organizational planning.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure people data and organizational effectiveness measures are embedded into business performance reviews.

Data Collection, Analysis & Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to workforce demographics, recruitment, retention, diversity, compliance, wellbeing, and engagement.
  • Collect, clean, and validate P&E data from multiple sources, including HRIS, surveys, interviews, and exit interviews.
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and uncover insights on talent, performance, learning, and culture.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address emerging business priorities and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Dashboards, Visualization & Reporting

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide real-time visibility into workforce and business KPIs.
  • Create impactful visualizations and presentations to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Establish and track P&E and organizational effectiveness metrics and benchmarks.
  • Engagement, Surveys & Action Planning

  • Lead and implement PRNA's employee engagement and wellbeing survey processes in alignment with Pernod Ricard Global standards.
  • Analyze survey results to identify opportunities for improvement and develop organizational action plans.
  • Collaborate with P&E and business leaders to develop data-driven engagement strategies and support action planning initiatives.
  • Implement programs to improve morale, motivation, and job satisfaction.
  • Capability Building & Change Enablement

  • Help build data-driven decision-making capability across PRNA and within the P&E team.
  • Support change management efforts by providing data and insights to guide smoother transitions.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in people analytics, organizational effectiveness, and workforce research.
  • Measuring Impact

  • Measure the ROI of P&E and engagement initiatives, assessing their impact on organizational performance.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance through regular cleaning, validation, and auditing.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years' experience in people analytics, organizational effectiveness, or business analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Workday, Talent Neuron, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to integrate people and business data to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Strong storytelling and visualization skills, with a track record of making data accessible and actionable.
  • Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, engagement measurement, and organizational effectiveness frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and alignment across business and HR leadership.
  • Impact of the Role

This role is critical to embedding a data-driven culture at PRNA. By connecting people insights to business performance and organizational effectiveness, you will help shape strategies that accelerate commercial results, strengthen culture, and build future-ready capabilities.

When you join Pernod Ricard, you'll experience a workplace that is rich in heritage, driven by our iconic brands and a long-standing commitment to sustainability, safety, and giving back to the people and communities where we work. We know that happiness at work starts with that feeling of belonging you get from an inclusive culture where being uniquely you is celebrated. Our values are lived, they drive our behaviors, and it's what brings our culture to life.

Our work philosophy celebrates the magic of human connection with the flexibility needed to provide one's most meaningful contribution. We offer a flexible work policy, with most of our positions offering a hybrid option with flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. As a global employer, we understand that not everyone's working hours are the same, and we empower our employees to work the hours that make the most sense for them and their team's schedules.
