Application Database Administrator

A company is looking for an Application Database Administrator to manage and optimize Oracle databases and applications remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and optimize Oracle databases and applications

Perform capacity planning, monitoring, and ongoing tuning for high performance

Manage migrations, backups, recovery, patching, and security enforcement

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience

Expertise in Oracle database administration and enterprise applications

Experience with EBusiness, Peoplesoft, JDEdwards, Hyperion, OBIEE, Weblogic, Retek

Strong knowledge of security, patch management, backup / recovery, and performance tuning

Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications
