About The Position

Job description :

Position : Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Location : Franklin, NH

Shift Timing : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Hours per day : 8 hours

Hours per week : 40

Job Type : Contract(10 Weeks) with possible Extension

Pay Range : $60- $65 / hr

Note : On call weekend rotation required

Position Summary : We are looking for an experienced RN Unit manager to train new nurses and supervise existing staff. The nurse manager sets the standard of care in a healthcare facility, and responds to complaints from patients.

To be successful as a nurse manager you must have patience when training new staff. A good nurse manager can multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities :

Hire and train new staff members.

Supervise staff during shifts.

Create a budget for the department.

Respond to patients' complaints or concerns.

Discipline staff when necessary.

Documents Required :

• Active, unrestricted certification / license as RN.
• BLS from AHA.
