Administrative Assistant 3 (AA3)

We are looking to fill a full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant 3 (AA3) vacancy within the Community Corrections Division (CCD). This position reports to the Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS) for the Pierce County Special Assault Unit (SAU) South located at 10109 South Tacoma Way, Lakewood, WA 98499. The North and South Pierce County Special Assault Units supervise Level 1, 2, and 3 sex offenders who are currently under supervision for a sex offense. In addition, the units will supervise those individuals convicted of kidnapping if they are required to register with the Sheriff. This position works in a field office where supervised individuals (S / Is) complete the intake process, and high-risk S / Is are supervised by Community Corrections Officers (CCO). This position supervises the support staff and provides assistance to the Community Corrections Supervisor (CCS) and CCOs. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
