Coverage NeedASAP " September dates ScheduleSeptember 11thSeptember 12thSeptember 18th " 22ndSeptember 28th " 29thSeptember 30th " October 1stClinical DetailsSchedule : 8-hour shifts Call : Weekday 7a-7pm clinical (beeper call 7pm-7a), weekend beeper call 7a-7a Call MD needs to be comfortable with Cardiac and OB Team approach call - CRNAs 1st call, MD expected to go in Must be comfortable with cardiac - no TEE requirement, but need to be able to over open heart cases 5 ORs, 2 endo suites, ad 1 Cath Lab 8 total points of service " 1 CRNA in each room Monthly Volumes : 225 endo, 150 open hearts, 300 Cath lab Team of 5 CRNAs cover 24-hour OB in-house shifts Medical supervision - 1 : 4, 1 : 5 Cases : Cardiac, general, ortho, endo, Uro, and GynRequirementsActive South Carolina License ACLS, PALS, BLSActive SC DEA& CSR Board certified or Truly Board Eligible
