Travel PCU / IMC Float Pool Nurse - $2,418 per week

• Work 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM)
• Float within a 60-mile radius zone with no home base facility
• Required to work 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1 : 3-4 dependent on acuity
• Must have 2 years of PCU / IMC experience
• Prior neuro experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Must have experience with cardiac drips, insulin, and ativan
• Must be comfortable titrating and managing cardiac drips, insulin, ativan, and heparin
• Common titratable drips include dopamine, dobutamine, cardizem, amio, ativan, insulin, and heparin
• May float to various acuity levels including ICU, PCU / Stepdown, and MS-Tele
• 1-2 days orientation with a preceptor
• Any color scrubs allowed
• Schedule made by leadership for 6 weeks at a time
• Expected to be flexible and fill gaps in permanent scheduling
• Time off requests must be submitted prior to starting assignment
• May be asked to enter holiday rotation
• Rare call or standby requirements for low census
• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
• Required certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS, TNCC
