Job title : Accounting Manager

Location : Akron, Ohio

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager :

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AP / AR and staff accountants

Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely month-end and year-end closes

Prepare and review monthly financial statements and internal reporting packages

What We're Looking for in an Accounting Manager :

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus)

Experience : 5+ years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
