Due to growth, they are looking to add a Senior Superintendent to lead a high-profile multifamily project in West Palm Beach. This project is $180M in value and will be built in 2 phases all while being in one of the nicest parts of Palm Beach. This project is a resume builder, and you will be working with an excellent developer that is a quality client while being surrounded with a great team of people.

Below are the requirements for this role :

10+ years working for a general contractor - must have experience with multifamily projects

A team builder and team player

Experience with projects in the $30M-$100M range

Ability to deal directly with clients
