Photography Contractor Needed : Professional Portraits and Office Candids in Carmel, IN

Seeking an experienced photographer for a half day (2-4 hrs) photoshoot. You will capture professional headshots ( 4 ) and candid office photography.

Scope of Work

Professional headshots for 4 staff members.
Candid photographs showcasing daily office activities and team interactions.

Session Duration

2-4 hours, to be scheduled during regular business hours.

Requirements

Provide all necessary equipment, including camera, lighting, and backdrops (if applicable).

Current portfolio showcasing professional business-style photography (e.g., corporate headshots, workplace candids). Please include a link to your portfolio when applying.

Post-production editing, including color correction and minor retouching.

Deliver high-resolution digital files in JPEG format, with additional formats (e.g., PNG or TIFF) suitable for web and print use.

Timeline

Photography session to be scheduled this week (October 13-19, 2025) or next week (October 20-26, 2025), based on mutual availability.

Final edited photos to be delivered no later than October 28, 2025.

Qualifications

Proven experience in professional photography, with a focus on business environments.

Professional demeanor, punctuality, and ability to work efficiently in a small office setting.
