Position Summary The Business Operations Coordinator supports the Operations Manager in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to the team.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, sending out agendas, and taking minutes.
- Manage the department's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with other departments.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare or administrative support role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Information
