Job description

Optimize Partners provides full-time direct hire and consultant job placements for technology driven companies. Our client, a fintech startup transforming the tax filing process by embedding tax products into banking and fintech platforms, is looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to build partnerships with financial institutions and drive the deal closure process. Backed by top-tier venture capital investors, this company has gained recognition for innovation and impact in the fintech space.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, with fintechs, financial institutions, and tax-focused companies.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, understanding their product strategies and integrating embedded tax solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to align offerings with partner goals.
  • Shape and refine the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategy by identifying key growth segments and opportunities for expansion.
  • Present a business case to prospects, providing product roadmaps and strategies for embedded tax products.
  • Work with partners post-sales to ensure seamless integration and successful product implementation.

Qualifications :

  • Enterprise sales or Partnerships experience in B2B, fintech, or tax-related products.
  • Strong understanding of account management, product management, or solution engineering, with a focus on new business development.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship building, negotiation, and customer engagement.
  • Startup experience or experience launching new product lines at larger companies.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and excited to work in an innovative environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Operations, and Strategy, to ensure client success.

    Compensation : This role offers a competitive base salary combined with a generous commission structure, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $250K - $300K annually . Additional bonuses may be tied to hitting key strategic targets and contributing to company growth.
