We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A . This hands-on leadership opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development.
Your Impact
- Lead by example
- Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Ensure Team Member safety at all times
- Ensure Team Members meet all Chick-fil-A Standards and Team Member Handbook requirements at all times
- Support the Operations team during rush hours and for large orders
- Assist in sourcing and hiring talent
- Lead and oversee the coordination of all dine-in, delivery and carryout operations
- Grow sales and transactions by constantly reducing Speed of Service (SOS) wait times and ensuring every guest has a fast, accurate, but never rushed experience
- Maximize order accuracy through proper training of the Hospitality teams
- Minimize the food cost gap through proper training of the team in food quality expectations, holding times and waste management
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing all Front of House systems and procedures to ensure maximum safety, cleanliness, accuracy, and productivity
- Quickly resolve any operational issues and prevent future occurrences
Background Profile
- 3 years of Leadership experience
- College Degree (preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
