The Behavioral Health (BH) Administrative Analyst Senior - LDA role is a key, limited-duration position, offering high-level administrative support and strategic advice to the BH Division Director and Deputy Director. This position includes overseeing the administrative support team and carefully managing various division-wide programs and projects. Key responsibilities involve coordinating the administrative rollout of organizational changes, helping to guide complex budget and financial activities, managing essential facilities and equipment, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines. In addition to operational duties, the Analyst Senior plays an active part in fostering the Division's organizational culture, working to create an inclusive and fair work environment, and encouraging cultural sensitivity in all operations to best serve the Division's diverse community.

Required Minimum Qualifications / Transferable Skills
Education / Training : Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in public administration, business, statistics / math or a related field; AND
Experience : Three (3) to Six (6) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. (Equivalency 7-10 years of qualifying training and / or experience).

FLSA : Exempt Routine Teleworking : This position is currently eligible for "routine telework," meaning you will be working remotely (from home) or a hybrid schedule. As with all routine telework positions, employees may be required to come into the office on occasion. All employees must reside in Oregon or Washington; the county cannot support ongoing telework from other locations.
