Openwork is working with a manufacturing company in Pflugerville, TX that is looking for a Customer Service Representative in their call center! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making sure the day-to-day operations run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and answer a high volume of customer calls
- Providing information about products and services
- Taking Orders
- Responding to customer complaints
- Data Entry
Requirements :
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Dependable

Hours :
- Training - 830-5 : 15pm M-F
- After Training - 7 : 30am-5pm or 8 : 30-6pm M-F, OT available! Full-time!
