Job descriptionProspect daily through company leads and personal contacts to generate new business Build strong client relationships and maintain a healthy pipeline of transactions Guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process with professionalism Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, showings, and open houses Negotiate offers and contracts to align with client goals Manage all transaction paperwork and ensure smooth closings Track performance, stay accountable to business goals, and pursue continuous growth Full-time commitment (40+ hours / week) High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred Active Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 90 days Reliable transportation Competitive, income-driven mindset Thrives in structured environments; open to coaching and accountability Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills People-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry Willing to self-assess and pursue continuous improvement Comfortable following proven scripts and dialogues Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies
