The Physical Therapist is responsible for independently evaluating and determining treatment strategies to rehabilitate, remediate, and prevent acute or prolonged physical dysfunction and / or pain. In this role you will receive an annual $1500 CME allowance, five weeks of PTO and seven paid holidays, employer nonelective 401k contributions, traditional healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), and be eligible for an annual company bonus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities through comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence.
- Perform therapeutic application of chemical and physical agents.
- Track and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as needed to meet therapy goals.
- Comply with federal, state, and professional guidelines, including HIPAA and documentation standards.
- Manage a full caseload efficiently while providing high-quality, one-on-one care.
- Promote patient engagement and motivation through clear communication, goal setting, and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of treatment areas / equipment in accordance with clinic policies and standards.
Qualifications
Accredited Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree required.Accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree highly preferred.Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required.CPR certification required.FBI and Pennsylvania Child Abuse clearances required.Knowledge in examination techniques and therapeutic procedures required.Prior work experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
