- The Bids and Quotes Analyst provides support and assistance on a wide variety of administrative and functional responsibilities to meet sales objectives, as assigned by the Pricing Manager.
Responsibility :
Complete competitive bids and quotation for sales representatives accurately and according to deadlineEstablish special pricing agreements per GPO and IDN contracts as instructed by Pricing ManagerBuilds and effectively communicates financial projections and the impact of contract terms and conditions (T&Cs) to partners across functions and at all levels of management.Review commercial contract T&Cs and ensure that contract review standard work is followed across the organization.Understand revenue recognition policies and procedures, specially related to Multiple Elements Arrangements and Standalone Selling Prices.Accept and process necessary paperwork for new customer orders which will be provided to customer service for order entry, and in some cases, creating customized billing paperwork.Conduct periodic audits on existing lease to validate customer usages and adjust shipping and billing accordinglyRequirements for this position :
Experience :
Must be comfortable communicating significantly on the phone and by email. Prior experience in a bids and quotes setting, a service contracts or product licensing environment. Proficient in multitasking and problem solving.Education :
High school diploma. 2-year college degree preferred but not requiredMust have mid-level computers skills to include MS office 2000 or later, Word, Excel. Basic math skills and statistical knowledge. Ability to master proprietary inventory and pricing software.Travel (required estimated % of time) - 5%The hourly rate range for this position is between $28 - $29 / hour, without benefits
