Job Posting : Bookkeeper – Downtown Los Angeles

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Salary : $75,000.00 Annually

Our client, a real estate company located in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. This position will work closely with the president of the organization, and will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations and transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for the company and its real estate portfolio
• Handle monthly transactions including :
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Credit card transactions
• Bill payments
• Assist with investor cash flow (incoming / outgoing funds)
• Support sales and lease transactions
• Prepare financial reports (month-end, period-end, and ad hoc)
• Collaborate with the team and assist with other office projects as needed

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
