Description : General Comments

Unit Information : Number of Beds : 15

Number of Staff : 22 (RN / PCT)

Type of Staff :

• Day Shift : 3-4 RNs, 2 PCTs, 1 Clinical Coordinator
• Night Shift : 3-4 RNs, 1 PCT

Patient Ratios : 4-5 patients per RN

Type of Equipment : Cardiac Telemetry, chest tubes, cardiac drips (NTG, Cardizem, Amiodarone), post-cardiac catheterization patients, post-surgical patients including open heart, lung patients, general surgery patients, post-operative orthopedic patients requiring cardiac monitoring.

EMR : Meditech
