Area Revenue Analyst
The Area Revenue Analyst supports the strategic revenue management efforts of both the Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency San Antonio. This role plays a critical part in producing accurate and timely reporting, maintaining group pickup grids, and ensuring system accuracy to support decision-making and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a passion for driving business performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately produce and distribute all daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports in a timely manner.
Partner with the Area Revenue Management team to support property-specific and cluster-wide revenue goals.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall financial goals.
Maintain and manage all revenue management systems (e.g., Hyatt PrO, Envision, Opera, Demand360, STR) to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or analytical role within hotel revenue management or a related discipline. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Proficiency in creating and maintaining reporting documents, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts) strongly preferred. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with Hyatt systems (Envision, PrO, Opera, Demand360, STR) strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
