Area Revenue Analyst

Location : Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk & Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

Reports To : Area Director of Revenue Management

Position Summary

The Area Revenue Analyst supports the strategic revenue management efforts of both the Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency San Antonio. This role plays a critical part in producing accurate and timely reporting, maintaining group pickup grids, and ensuring system accuracy to support decision-making and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a passion for driving business performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis

• Accurately produce and distribute all daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports in a timely manner.
• Regularly update and maintain Group Pickup Grids , ensuring accurate tracking of group pace, pickup, wash, and displacement for both properties.
• Create and deliver ad hoc analytical reports as requested by the Area Director of Revenue, providing in-depth, targeted information to support fact-based strategies.
• Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitive performance, and pace to identify revenue opportunities.
