The Psychiatric / Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse,requires a wide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise.PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition tothe assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance usedisorders. The nurse demonstratesability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner anddemonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination ofpatient care. The PMH RN works in avariety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families,and communities when applicable.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in-state practicing\n
• Current CPR if applicable\n
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable\n
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)\n
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements\n
• Must be at least 18 years of age\n

• Position : Registered Nurse – Psychiatric State Hospital\n
• Schedule : 36 hours per week\n
• Shifts : 12-hour shifts – Days and Nights Needed\n
• Start Date : 12 / 1\n
• Contract Length : 24 weeks (with potential to extend)\n\nInquire for Completion and Extension bonuses\n
• Pay Package Breakdown : \n\nTotal Weekly Gross (36 hrs) : $2,623 / wk\n\nUntaxed Housing Stipend : $770 / week\n\nUntaxed Meals & Incidentals Stipend : $476 / week\n\nHourly Rate (Taxable) : $38.25 / hour\n\nOvertime Rate : $84 / hour\n\nAll stipends are compliant with GSA guidelines and IRS tax-free requirements for travelers.\n
• Requirements : \n\n2 years of recent RN Psychiatric State Hospital experience (Must have 1 year of inpatient Psych experience)\n\nActive RN license (Colorado or compact state)\n\nBLS certification required\n\nStrong communication, de-escalation, and patient observation skills\n
