Billing Clerk

Schedule : Tues-Thurs | Approx. 8AM-11AM (flexible)

Pay : $18-$20 / hr | Salem, OR

We are a growing property management firm seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our accounting department with invoicing and billing functions. This is a part-time role with the potential to expand into a full-time position as our company continues to grow.

What You'll Do

• Collect and organize invoices, receipts, and purchase records from the maintenance team
• Code expenses to the correct property and generate invoices
• Track technician hours, billable time, projects, and supplies
• Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks
• Work within accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
