We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Civil Engineer with a focus on Water / Wastewater Engineering for an exciting opportunity in our dynamic Engineering organization.
This role will focus on the design and implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, contributing to the overall growth and development of our community.
The selected candidate will work closely with a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency in water and wastewater systems.

1. Design, plan, and implement water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Utilize Autodesk Civil3D for the creation and modification of complex engineering designs.
3. Conduct detailed analyses and assessments of water and wastewater systems, identifying areas for improvement or necessary upgrades.
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project success.
5. Oversee construction management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
6. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including any challenges or issues that may arise.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in water / wastewater engineering to bring innovative solutions to our projects.
Job Details
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Water / Wastewater Engineering, with a focus on municipal infrastructure and wastewater treatment.
3. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil3D or similar software.
4. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
7. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
8. Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to water and wastewater systems.
9. Demonstrated commitment to safety, sustainability, and the use of innovative technologies in engineering.
