Job Description

As a Unarmed Security Officer - Retail Site - Full Time in Santa Clara, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment at a premier retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a strong and approachable presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assisting visitors with professionalism and courtesy. You will also be expected to communicate clearly and provide exceptional customer service, supporting both the client and their guests. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
