Strategic Initiatives Project Lead

A company is looking for a Strategic Operations Initiatives Lead to support its analytics operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational initiatives that align business operations with organizational goals

Develop and manage budgets, resource plans, and forecasting models

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or project management

Proven experience with forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement

Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and PowerPoint

Experience working in data, analytics, or digital operations environments preferred

Background in Smartsheet, Quickbase, PowerBI, or process automation tools is a plus
