You arrive at our onsite manufacturing facility just before 3 : 00 PM, ready to help millions see brilliantly. As an Automated Manufacturing Operator supporting Auto Process (Cutting Instruments), you’ll power up automated cells, verify the right tools and fixtures, and set the line for safe, efficient production. You’ll keep a close eye on quality through gauges, fixtures, and statistical checks while documenting every move with precision in accordance with GMP / GDP and SOPs.

Your day-in-the-life

• Complete set-up, assembly, and line clearance; perform mechanical and negative checks; and execute product changeovers as needed.
• Operate automated equipment and handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform optical tool inspections and in-process quality checks using gauges / fixtures, applying statistical methods to ensure standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and training status per Good Manufacturing Practice / Good Documentation Practice and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Partner with teammates to share learnings, uphold compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
