🔨 What You’ll Do

As an APM, you will play a vital role supporting our Project Managers and field teams across all phases of construction. Your responsibilities will include :

• Coordinating project documentation, reporting, and communication
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Driving RFIs, submittals, and X-Gap coordination
• Assisting with bidding, vendor outreach, and proposal organization
• Helping develop, cultivate, and maintain strong vendor partner relationships
• Managing change order packages, project logs, and owner platform entries
• Supporting preconstruction tasks including CAD coordination, survey setup, and early submittals
• Ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and alignment across all project stakeholders
