Senior Shipping and Receiving Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Shipping / Receiving Clerk Senior to coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments. The role involves handling logistics documentation, packaging, customs compliance, and shipment scheduling to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all internal and external shipping activities and maintain shipment records
• Prepare and verify export / customs documentation
• Coordinate carrier pickups and shipping schedules
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, manifests, and shipping materials
• Maintain compliance with ISO / GMP and TSA requirements
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
