Koffee Kult is a Florida-based roaster of small-batch, premium coffee relentlessly pursuing coffee perfection. Koffee Kult acquires the highest-grade premium coffee beans from growers in more than 50 countries, including Arabica beans from Indonesia, Africa, and Central and South America.

Our attention to quality includes the meticulous hand-selection of green beans for roasting and the hand packaging of the extensive selection of coffee varieties that include Geisha Buenos Aires, Koffee Kult's famous Dark Roast, single origins and exclusive micro lots.

We are looking for an awesome person to be our Customer service and sales assistant.

Job Summary and Mission

This position contributes to Koffee Kult success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Koffee Kult Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, correct solutions and friendly advice on Koffee Kult products via phone, internet and in person.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Koffee Kult
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events, such as Holidays
• Assists with new member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the manager.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

Discovers and responds to customer needs.

• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
• Provides customer service in a timely fashion using the Koffee Kult customer experience portal
• Ensure customers orders are processed and liaison with the Koffee Kult production department ensuring timely shipment.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, and special events
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• 3 - 5 year office or customer service work experience
• Available to perform many different tasks as assigned
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Read and write English. Spanish is a plus

Required Minimum Qualifications :

• Education : High School Diploma / Equivalent Degree
• Detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Windows 10 Basic computer use, with the following programs : MS Office, Quickbooks, Outlook, Google Suite
• 3 - 5 years work experience.

Benefits :

• $15-20 / hr. Starting pay
• Pay rate increase after completion of 90 days with review
• 14 PTO / Vacation days after one year employment
