We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or medical field student to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities :
- Medication management and technician
- Resident assessment and interface with resident medical team
- Responsible for the accurate processing and dispensing of resident medication and treatments
- Inservice and audit med room team
Qualifications :
- Current and / or previous experience in nursing or medication technician duties
- Proven clinical skill in assessments, and reporting
- Proven track record in building rapport and unity amongst staff and all key players
- Passionate, compassionate and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English
