Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth and profitability across assigned accounts
Build and maintain strategic relationships with major accounts and distributors to unlock growth opportunities
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
10+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing regional or national accounts with major retailers
Experience in broker management and trade spend optimization
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with syndicated data and retailer POS systems
