Job Title : AutoCAD 2D Technical Drafter

Location : Chelsea, MA

Type : Full-Time (Permanent)

Shift : 1st Shift

Hourly : $25 / hour (Full-time, 40 hours per week)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an AutoCAD 2D Technical Drafter to support our design team. The CAD Drafter will be responsible for preparing and revising shop drawings for custom stainless and wood products in the foodservice industry. This position offers an opportunity for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and revise shop drawings based on blueprints / architectural details and specifications.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows and resolve any challenges.
• Troubleshoot design issues and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure drawings meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines in a high-energy environment.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and departments.
