SVP, President Medical Network

NorthBay Health, based in Fairfield, California, is seeking a bold, growth-oriented, and visionary leader to serve as its inaugural Senior Vice President / President, NorthBay Health Medical Network (SVP / President, NBHMN). NorthBay Health operates at nearly $1 billion in net patient revenue and includes two hospitals (a 154-bed facility in Fairfield and a 50-bed facility in Vacaville) along with five urgent care centers and numerous primary and specialty care clinics across the region. It has recently established a medical practice foundation to support the strategic growth of the medical network and improve physician alignment across the organization.

Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer of NorthBay Health, the SVP / President, NBHMN will lead the strategic growth, operational performance, and clinical integration of the system’s rapidly expanding medical foundation and affiliated medical network. The executive will drive the growth of the medical foundation in alignment with NorthBay Health’s ambulatory growth strategy, ensuring a cohesive approach to care delivery and network expansion. This leader will provide direction and oversight for all strategic initiatives, contracting, physician recruitment, business development, quality improvement, and clinical integration activities. In collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer of NorthBay Health, the SVP / President will also oversee operational functions to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.

The base salary will be in the $525,000 – $650,000 range based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, NorthBay Health offers a competitive executive compensation program, including incentive compensation, deferred compensation, and basic and supplemental benefits.
