Job Description
The L&D Consultant II plays a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing learning programs that drive employee development and organizational performance. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in instructional design and learning technologies who are ready to take on more complex projects and strategic consulting responsibilities. The Consultant contributes across the full learning lifecycleneeds analysis, design, implementation, facilitation, and evaluationensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.
