The Opportunity :
The new Four Seasons Hotel Nashville seeks a Hair Stylist to join our talented team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Making guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions promptly and efficiently
- Accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to all spa, retail products, fitness center, and other hotel services.
- Providing hair services on guests based on their request, including but not limited to blow drys, haircuts, hair color, and extensions.
- Setting up, operating, and cleaning all equipment in the salon. Prepares the hair stations with the necessary supplies, sets up and breakdown service area.
- This position is responsible for delivering a professional and high-quality treatment experience to spa guests.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills :
- Must maintain appropriate local cosmetology certifications
- Previous Spa / Salon experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment
- Must have strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to constant change within the Hotel
- Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm during challenging situations
- Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening shifts
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills - Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Knowledge of the local Nashville area is preferred

A soaring new landmark on the Nashville skyline, Four Seasons pays homage to the city’s creative spirit. 40 stories high, with 235 keys (42 suites) and 143 residence units, the property is located in the upmarket neighborhood of SoBro where floor to ceiling windows provide unobstructed downtown panoramic views.
The hotel will feature 19,200 sq ft of meeting space, an indoor / outdoor restaurant, a luxury spa, and an outdoor pool deck.
