We are Mid-Atlantic's largest industrial pump and process equipment solutions provider. Having locations in Baltimore Maryland and Aston and York Pennsylvania. As a result of our growth, we have a need for a Parts & Aftermarket Specialist .

What You Get To Do

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide quotations, status updates and order details.

Consult with Engineering and Service teams to ensure accurate solutions.

Enter and track sales orders using ERP systems

Collaborate with our shipping team and purchase materials to fulfill orders.

Maintain vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels.

Expedite orders and proactively update customers.

Support our sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.

May perform other job duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

Experienced professional in customer service, inside sales, or parts coordination.

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Well-organized and self-directed team player.

Excellent time management skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage 300; Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
