Head of Analytics

A company is looking for a Head of Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Implement a GDPR-compliant analytics stack and reconcile partner and clickstream data

Establish monitoring systems for market trends and provide actionable commercial strategies through executive briefings

Mentor and manage an analytics team while representing analytics in leadership discussions

Required Qualifications

6-10+ years of experience in analytics or analytics engineering, with expertise in SQL and strong skills in Python or R

Proficient in GA4, server-side GTM, dbt, and modern BI tools

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics)

Experience with internal and external website analytics tools

Ability to work within Central European Time for collaboration
