Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the clinical operations of our ABA programs, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and effective service delivery. Your expertise will guide the direct supervision of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), the development of clinical programs, and the cultivation of a positive, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct clinical supervision and mentorship to a team of BCBAs, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.
• Oversee RBT performance, including training, competency assessments, and ongoing supervision to guarantee effective therapy.
• Conduct initial assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and regularly update client programs using data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure consistent application of ABA principles across all client programs.
• Collaborate with families for parent training and support, empowering them to extend skills beyond therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans to enhance outcomes.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development of clinical staff.
• Maintain communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations, as well as BACB ethical guidelines.
• Contribute to creating and refining clinical protocols and procedures.
• Handle escalated client or staff concerns with professionalism and effective problem-solving.
